Feasibility Study

We’re excited to take this first step with you as we explore whether our team and vision are the right fit to help you rebuild your home.

The cost of the feasibility study is $500, which includes a tailored property analysis, a one-on-one Zoom walkthrough of the findings, and a proposed scope of work. If you choose to proceed with us for the design and rebuild, we’ll credit the $500 toward the next phase. If not, the report is yours to keep—no further commitment required.

What to Expect Next

This study is a mutual discovery process. While we’re doing everything we can to create a solution that works for you, please note that participation in the feasibility study does not guarantee this will be the right solution for you. The goal is to evaluate feasibility—for both your property and our ability to serve your needs—before deciding whether to move forward together.

Process for the Feasibility Study

  • Start by reacquainting yourself with our presentation and initial proposed layouts. These are starting points and will be adapted based on your lot, view corridors, and preferences.

  • Complete the brief intake form here. This helps us understand your needs and assess feasibility. There’s no payment required at this step—it’s simply the start of the conversation.

  • If your goals and property are a good fit for what we’re building, we’ll invite you to schedule your feasibility study. This includes a tailored report, concept plan, and a live Zoom review session with our team.

Cost: $500 – fully credited toward your design phase if you decide to move forward. If not, you keep the report and plan—no strings attached. You’ll get two documents with your feasibility study. We’ve included a sample of what to expect here:

  • After the Zoom review, we’ll share a customized scope of work, next steps, and estimated costs. You’ll then decide whether to move forward with us—at your pace, and with all the information you need.
